True Spec Golf Return Policy
At True Spec, we greatly value your experience with us in the studio and on the course with the performance of your new clubs. That’s why we stand behind our fitting/building process and remain committed to making sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. But we encourage you to give your new clubs a couple weeks (or rounds) to allow for any adjustments in your game to be made. With your new purchase, the benefit of custom fitting will be realized and alleviate this inconsistency.
If you believe your new clubs are not performing to your expectations at any time within 30 days after receipt, we ask that you please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email. We will work to provide a solution that meets or surpasses your expectations as represented in your initial fitting through your launch monitor report. If after exhausting all measures to ensure your new clubs perform as promised, and no other solution can be found, we will accept a return on your purchase and issue a refund.
Please understand we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds on personalized products (e.g., stamped or paint filled products).
