I have an upcoming appointment, should I still come?

Yes, True Spec is still open for business in areas not impacted by governmental mandate (New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Boston, Columbus, Beverly Hills, La Costa, Palm Desert, Orlando, Jupiter and Doral), and your appointment is still scheduled. While we have shifted to an appointment-only operational model, your time with us is not impacted.


What precautions are you taking to ensure safety amid the Covid-19 pandemic?

True Spec is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees. While we have always had cleaning and sanitation processes at every store, we are implementing additional steps to ensure customers and employees are safe:

Cleaning protocols – we have re-enforced and enhanced our store cleaning policies, including:

  • Regularly cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, chairs, etc. multiple times per day
  • Cleaning all equipment, computers, desks, and fitting bays BETWEEN fittings
  • Using hand sanitizer/washing hands frequently throughout the day

Social responsibility protocols

  • Enforce that we do not have our employees shake hands with customers or other employees
  • Mandate that employee and customers wash their hands or sanitize immediately prior to every fitting or customer engagement
  • Employees have been instructed to leave work immediately if flu-like symptoms arise and immediately notify their management team and executive team

Is it safe for me to attend my fitting?

True Spec has implemented specific protocols to ensure a safe and premium experience for all clients. They include:

How do I know if the location where I’ve scheduled an appointment is still open?

You will be contacted by your fitter should any change need to be made to your appointment. However, if you would like to find out sooner, please call 844-729-8809 or email us at info@truespecgolf.com for more information.


Are you offering any discount for those appointments impacted by Covid-19?

No, currently we will reschedule appointments at the earliest convenience of our clients or as soon as we’re able to resume normal operations at impacted locations.


Should I expect a delay in the building and shipping of my clubs?

Our build shop is currently running on a normal production timeline for orders with components that are in stock. However, some manufacturers are having delays in getting products to us. We will be proactive in letting you know if your order is impacted.


Is True Spec experiencing any supply-chain issues because of Covid-19?

Currently, we are not experiencing any shortages. However, in the coming weeks, this may be impacted. You will be notified by your fitter in the event that a product is not available.
