Studio Golf Club Fitter – Boston

Work Location: Bear Hill, Waltham
Position Type: Full-time
Total Income Package: $44,000-$67,000 (Base Salary + Commission) Base Salary commensurate on experience
Estimated Commissions: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + Commissions + Benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Golf Club Fittings at an assigned True Spec Fitting Studio
  • Charge for club fittings and golf equipment sales
  • Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner
  • Help with set-up and break-down of club fitting areas
  • Keep club demo matrix clean and in good working order, and stocked with current product offerings
  • Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order
  • Keep Fitting Studio and all studio fixtures/assets clean and presentable
  • Assist with Scheduling Golf Club fittings conducted at the assigned studio
  • Assist with localized marketing efforts directed at driving traffic to the assigned fitting studio

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Golf Club Fitting/ Golf Equipment Sales experience strongly preferred 
  • Must maintain impeccable standards related to personal presentation 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow associates
  • Excellent computer and technology proficiency
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Some college or college degree preferred

Receptionist – NYC

Work Location: NYC
Position Type: Full Time – Must be able to work Weekends
Division/Department: True Spec Golf recently opened its new world-class club fitting studio in the heart of NYC known as “The Vault”. The location features 3 indoor fitting bays, custom putting studio and front of store retail.

We are looking to reshape the retail landscape for golfers in NYC. Our Reception team will create a unique check-in experience for clients and visitors at the front desk. The front desk will serve as our first point of contact into the studio and will be a source of information about our offerings and services. The Reception team will operate and manage the club fitting schedule and will field calls and emails directed to the studio.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and outgoing employee who will thrive in this special operation.

  • Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering visitor inquiries via phone line, email and website.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate areas within the studio.
  • Manage the Fitting Staff Schedule.

Warehouse Order Picker – Scottsdale

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office
Position Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and check incoming pick tickets

  • Locate products using technology

  • Retrieve orders according to quantity, model etc. ensuring accuracy

  • Build Carts with orders and position them to Quality Check Station 

  • Re-stock inventory with warehouse equipment

  • Keep records of completed orders

  • Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience and Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position

  • Experience in voice picking systems or RF devices

  • Able to read and write in English

  • Great attention to detail

  • Diligent and punctual

Our Sales Associate Team will be creating a unique shopping experience for clients as they guide them through one-of-a-kind golf equipment and products in the front of store retail section. This presents the opportunity to showcase sells and customer service skills in selling rare and valuable golf equipment only found within “The Vault”.

Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + Commissions + Benefits.
Base Salary Range: $39,000-$52,000 annually
Estimated Commissions: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
All travel expenses reimbursed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Golf Club Fittings with the True Spec Golf Mobile Program and occasionally at True Spec Fitting Studios
  • Charge for club fittings and golf equipment sales
  • Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner
  • Help with set-up and break-down of club fitting areas
  • Keep club demo matrix clean and in good working order, and stocked with current product offerings

  • Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order

  • Keep Mobile Fitting Cart clean and presentable and in good working order
  • Keep Mobile Fitting Cart trailer clean and presentable and in good working order
  • Keep Mobile Fitting Truck clean and presentable and in good working order
  • Assist with Coordination/Scheduling of Mobile Fitting Events at various Golf Facilities throughout the United States
