Quality Manager / Director Engineering

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office

We a looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Quality Manager and Director of Engineering. This role is responsible for multiple facets of our company including product testing, product design, as well as solidifying and managing relationships with our manufacturing partners.

It is a wonderful opportunity to gain a wealth of experience while utilizing your skill set to further the market position of Club Conex, Miura Golf and TrueSpec Golf.

A bulk of the daily responsibility will entail quality checks, measurements and inventory control to insure that all products meet the demands of our clients.

Additionally, you will dedicate 15-20% of your time computer drafting and aiding on the design of future products for the aforementioned companies. It is imperative that you have skills in the following areas and are able to work with limited supervision.

Pertinent and Desired Skills

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Auto CAD 2D
  • Solidworks, NX or Creo 3D surface modelling (would prefer experience in two of the three)

Accounting Specialist

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office
Division/Department: Finance/Accounting
Reports to: Corporate Controller
Position Type: Full-time
Salary $45,000 /year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to review daily sales and credit card activity and reconcile to the bank deposits for multiple locations

  • Processing of moderate volume of A/P invoices into QuickBooks in an accurate and timely manner

  • Track aging of A/P invoice due dates to ensure that all invoice discounts are taken and earned and that all payables are paid by the due dates

  • Work with Inventory Manager & Receiving to ensure that all product has been received and the proper prices are being charged by the vendor

  • Assist in the physical inventory taking process

  • Filing of A/P and A/R invoices

  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Corporate Controller or Staff Accountant

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Experience working in an Accounting department in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to review daily sales and credit card activity and reconcile to the bank deposits for multiple locations

  • QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required

  • Golf industry experience is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office

Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 /year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

  • Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices

  • Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms

  • Enter and upload invoices into system

  • Process check requests

  • Audit and process credit card bills

  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly

  • Prepare and perform check runs

  • 1099 maintenance

  • Respond to all vendor inquiries

  • Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies

  • Assist in month end closing

  • Provide supporting documentation for audits

  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

  • Assist with other projects as needed

  • Any other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Must have strong work ethics

  • Must be well organized and prioritizing

  • Conduct Golf Club Fittings with the True Spec Golf Mobile Program and occasionally at True Spec Fitting Studios

  • Charge for club fittings and golf equipment sales

  • Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner

  • Help with set-up and break-down of club fitting areas

  • Keep club demo matrix clean and in good working order, and stocked with current product offerings

  • Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order

  • Keep Mobile Fitting Cart clean and presentable and in good working order

  • Keep Mobile Fitting Cart trailer clean and presentable and in good working order

  • Keep Mobile Fitting Truck clean and presentable and in good working order

  • Assist with Coordination/Scheduling of Mobile Fitting Events at various Golf Facilities throughout the United States

  • Keep club demo matrix clean and in good working order, and stocked with current product offerings

  • Assist with Scheduling Golf Club fittings conducted at the assigned studio

  • Assist with localized marketing efforts directed at driving traffic to the assigned fitting studio

Senior Sales Reporting Analyst

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office

The Sr. Sales Reporting Analyst will lead all sales reporting and analysis activities across FP&A and Sales Operations processes at True Spec Golf. The candidate will illuminate Salesforce performance to plan and related productivity metrics, while driving forecasts for new business expectations. The Analyst will be an effective team player and a natural data analyst who will possess strong familiarity with sales processes/KPIs and deep competency in building actionable reports on progressive technologies. We are seeking a positive, high energy, change agent who has proven self-organization skills and ability to play an active part in driving results across a high-growth business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive sales-through-implementation reporting tools relative to forecasting and actual results of opportunity pipeline, lead generation/Marketing ROI, implementation-backlog, revenue, account development, and client growth/retention.
  • Report on sales performance, cycle and implementation backlog metrics to Sales Operations and Finance organizations on a recurring basis to drive actionable insight.
  • Forecast New Business Sales expectations, Sales Commissions and customer backlog activity as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis process.
  • Oversee Salesforce.com data hygiene/fidelity and implement data hygiene controls in collaboration with the Salesforce.com Systems Administrator.
  • Lead systems design changes, as necessary, to support analytical requirements in collaboration with the Salesforce.com Systems Administrator.
  • Lead sales reporting/dashboard creation and maintenance in collaboration with Business Intelligence team
  • Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Required Skills & Experience and Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quantitative/reporting Sales Operations and/or Financial Planning and Analysis function.
  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of an Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Statistics.
  • Proficiency with sales processes and related development of sales-force performance.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with track record of leveraging progressive technologies to drive Sales reporting/KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining data hygiene in Salesforce automation system.
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, forecasting and economic modeling skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Excel for data analysis, forecasting/modeling and reporting.
