Customer Service/Scheduling – Scottsdale

Work Location: Scottsdale
Position Type: Full Time (some weekend work required)
Salary: Starting at $35,000 (Adjusted commensurate with candidate experience.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule fitting appointments for all True Spec Studio locations
  • Assist with basic customer service in support of orders and customer questions

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Must be extremely computer literate

  • Must have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

Warehouse Order Picker – Scottsdale

Work Location: Scottsdale AZ, Headquarters Office
Position Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and check incoming pick tickets

  • Locate products using technology

  • Retrieve orders according to quantity, model etc. ensuring accuracy

  • Build Carts with orders and position them to Quality Check Station 

  • Re-stock inventory with warehouse equipment

  • Keep records of completed orders

  • Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

Division/Department: True Spec Golf is opening a world-class club fitting studio in the heart of NYC known as “The Vault”. The location will feature 3 indoor fitting bays, custom putting studio and front of store retail.

We are looking to reshape the retail landscape for golfers in NYC. Our Sales Associate Team will be creating a unique shopping experience for clients as they guide them through one-of-a-kind golf equipment and products in the front of store retail section. This presents the opportunity to showcase sells and customer service skills in selling rare and valuable golf equipment only found within “The Vault”.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and comprehend specifications related to golf clubs (loft and lies, grip size/orientation, etc) 
  • Ensure that all components are present and correct 
  • Proper placement of grips, stickers and ensure that club is free of any blemishes and is clean 
  • Final check that specs of clubs are correct (loft and lies, proper grips, etc.) 
  • Maintain detail documentation of the build for future reference 
  • Communication with builder of any aspects of the build that are incorrect at final check 
  • Assist with any other functions of the build shop as necessary 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Previous golf experience is required, preferably in a build shop/production capacity 
  • Must be good with hands and mechanically inclined 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

STAFF ACCOUNTANT – SCOTTSDALE, AZ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily review of sales tax charged on orders to ensure correct rates are being charged
  • Constantly monitor State sales tax laws to ensure that existing/future locations are charging the correct sales tax
  • Compile State sales tax data on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that Use Tax is being charged on all applicable purchases
  • Prepare bi-monthly & monthly A/R billings to clubs that have member charges
  • Follow up on A/R payments outstanding
  • Prepare General Ledger account reconciliations
  • Maintain Fixed Asset records along with depreciation/amortization schedules
  • Possess excellent attention to details and must be able to perform tasks accurately
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Controller or Corporate Controller

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Detail-oriented individual with multi-state sales tax experience along with general accounting duties

  • Experience with multi-state sales tax regulations and monitoring adherence by the company
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred

We are looking for a positive, motivated, knowledgeable and outgoing studio club fitter to conduct golf club fittings at the Beverly Hills studio location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Charge for club fittings and golf equipment sales
  • Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner
  • Help with set-up and break-down of club fitting areas
  • Keep club demo matrix clean in good working order and stocked with current product offerings
  • Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order
  • Keep studio clean and presentable at all times
  • Provide timely and accurate daily reporting of sales
  • Handle communication to PGA Golf Professionals and facility staff in professional manner

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
